Clean, respectful and all round great crew. Great work @ fair price, no games, in and out and on time! I've been using them for 5 years and would never change services.
Pros: Did an Awesome job on my driveway, which had mold and rust stains. Cons: My Daughter thinks he's handsome....

"Belitz Maintenance" was great. My driveway and sidewalks had some difficult elements, but Brian's commitment to continually educating himself on the proper methods of power washing have made him the best choice around.
As a real estate agent who depends on timeliness I have never been dissappointed.

I have used Belitz Maintenance on several properties to spruce up the exterior of some of my listings. Each and every time the property was left in a like new condition and greatly increased the "Showing's" value. I believe the house…
Pros: Followed requests to the "T" Cons: House smelled a little bit like bleach for a day or two.
