You can pull a vehicle in if you like. It also has a single door next to the sliding door

you enter the front porch which has an eight foot walls to accommodate the clear glass transom window above the double frosted glass doors with roses and leaf design. You step into the foyer with tile floor. To your left is a beautiful dining room with tile floors and a planter shelf at the top of the wall. There is a door that goes into the kitchen area, to the right is a bonus room that can be used as an office, nursery or whatever. I am using it for a sewing room.

You are now in the living room area. On the wall next to the sewing room is four twelve inch mirrors that go from the planter shelf to the floor. On the right wall you have another planter shelf. The living room is a large area and to the left is the eating nook. Bar between eating nook and kitchen. The kitchen has job covered white cabinets beveled edge Micra covered top. Cabinet doors have thirty inch upper raised panels. They consist of white stove with microwave, double white sinks, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator. You walk into the utility room with white washer and dryer and a small storage closet also has a door that opens into, two garage car garage with side entrance and two front windows, two door controls.

Now back in the eating nook on your left you enter a hallway with access to the two bedrooms. Between bedrooms full size bath with a large vanity one sink. A big mirror across top, tub has frosted glass chrome frame in-closure. The kitchen, eating nook, bathrooms and hall are all tile. Bedrooms are very nice with walk-in closets. The one next to the lake has two corner windows. One you have a view of the lake. The floors are off white Berber carpet.

Now we go back into the living room, with off white Berber carpet, on your right are double French doors, that go into the master bedroom with off white Berber carpet. The two windows are in the corner, this makes room for the furniture. You have double glass sliding doors that lead into the lanai. A pocket door goes into the master bathroom. There you have a white vanity with double lavatories with molded beveled edges, with mirror across the top or the vanity. The shower is a large walk in frosted glass chrome frame in-closure, a nice big garden tub with half moon window. A nice walk-in closet, enter through pocket door.

From living room, go through triple glass sliding doors with clear glass transom above. You are in the large Lanai, with block knee high wall. Four thirty-six inch single glass windows. On both sides of the windows is a sixteen inch sliding glass window screened covered. You have a great view of the lake. The floor is Flo-Crete the same color of the wall. You enjoy it all year because it has heat and air.

You have vaulted ceilings in most of the house. We have ceiling fans in every room except the bathrooms. Every room is wired for television, telephones, including the lanai. Phone in Master bathroom, a good security system. We upgraded the kitchen sinks, all the faucets and carpet. The faucets in the master bath are Gold plated tip. Water heater is electric sixty one gallon.

Back out the front door you see a beautiful front yard with several trees, water fountain and a view of the grove. You have a side walk that leads out to the guest parking. Then back to the front porch another walk goes around the garage to the entrance of the garage, you have a large paved parking area, also a walk to the work shop just a few feet away from the garage. The drive we use turn in front of the yard goes across barn down to parking area.

The house is block with stucco and bands. Two to four course foundation filled in and packed before the concrete was poured. The walls and top was built to Hurricane code. When hurricane Charlie came through it did not hurt our house or barn. Blew a tree down in our backyard, the top of our neighbor barn. The roof on the house is thirty year dimensional. We didn't lose a shingle.

The yard and grove is irrigated from the same well we use for our water. The irrigation system is equipped with micro jets. We have a four thousand dollar filter system to our house. The water is very good and soft. The electronic wiring is all under ground for well-house, work shop and barn, the septic tank is under ground with four hundred and forty four feet of drain field.

There is another alternative to selling the property:
